Often in American folk/blues/country music there will a measure of a different time signature at the end of a lyrical phrase. I’ve heard (and used) the term “cowboy measure” to describe this; I’ve heard this term in Nashville and a few other cities so until recently I was confident it was a common reference.
A friend of mine and I recently got into an argument of what a “cowboy measure” is. I am certain it’s a measure of 2/4 in an otherwise common time tune. He says it’s a measure of indeterminate time.

Alright I might need a help with this, because I have no idea what is going on. In expedition, phase 5 you have milestone Sentience Echo. Eventually you are supposed to go finding Echo Seeds and them feed Nada's terminal with them (whether it sounds weird or not xD). I gave that terminal around 40 pieces already and I have no progress. No "fill" bar, nothing, it just always take 1 Echo Seeds and then bye bye and I can feed it again.
Is it bugged? Or is there some specified amount I need to give to it? Or is it just random? Thanks for help.

It’s bizarre to me that we have this phenomenon of religion - which we know sometimes causes great harm to others - but there’s absolutely no regulation of the phenomenon. We will pull drugs off the market if there’s even a relatively minor risk of serious injury, but we just let these religions do whatever they want, and never pull them off the market so to speak. I don’t think most of our major religions need to be “pulled off the market” - I would reserve that for groups like Scientology, the Moonies, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Latter Day Saints, the Amish, etc. But I do think we should regulate what they teach. The following regulations just seem sensible.
1) Every church must affiliate with an established denomination. 2) Every denomination must affiliate with a larger council of churches. 3) The Council of Churches for every religion must have a guidebook for best practices that the churches must follow. There must also be a range of acceptable theological positions that can be taken, and the pulpits must not steer from that theology. The government could step in if the churches were not being responsible, but hopefully they could be mostly self-regulated. 4) Churches that are not compliant lose their tax exempt status and their property is seized. 5) An absolute prohibition on political involvement of any kind. We kinda have this rule now, but it’s flexible and the consequences for breaking it aren’t severe.

Hiya, I am hoping to start cycling to work instead of driving. I used to do the cycle scheme when I was employed but it looks like the scheme isn't open to self employed people (which is rubbish!). Does anyone know of a way around this or any other schemes that might help me get a new bike tax free?
Also advice on bike types would be great - I will be cycling 16 miles in total (round trip) mostly roads and maybe the odd towpath. I'm a 5'4" lady. I love Dutch bikes and more vintage looking bikes but happy to be open minded. I used to have a gazelle which was dreamy but too heavy for longer commutes. Not really after something too technical looking, just for pootling to work and shops etc!

I have been farming the last 4 days for 6-8 hours each day and i STILL cant fucking replace my primary weapon (meaning I cant progress in content because my damage sucks ass) because I cant find one of the two suitable affixes for my WW barb. Hell, I havent even found a SINGLE Dust Devil's Aspect throughout the whole game and im in world tier 4 already. What the actual fuck is this garbage ass system?

Hi, here is a quick question. I know that gpt4 can be used with image input. Someone told me if I apply to the API waitlist and they get me in, my account will contain image input like there will be a button for uploading images. I get the API link but I don't know what will I do now.
I also find this way to use API;

1. Encode the image into a binary format.
2. Create a JSON object that contains the image data and the text prompt.
3. Send the JSON object to the OpenAI API.
4. The OpenAI API will return a response that contains the generated text.

But is there an easier way as I mentioned above, buttons etc? Could you help me?
